Subscription & Billing

What Fishbot costs, what applies per server and how you cancel.

One price, all modules

8.99 € per month per Discord server. That unlocks all modules — including the ones that do not exist yet. There are no packages, no feature limits and nothing you have to buy separately.

If you prefer to pay in advance: 89 € per year, and then two months are free.

Three modules stay free

Embed-Builder, Moderation and Fishbot-Angeln run on every server, permanently and without a contract. No account, no payment method, no countdown that runs out at some point. That way you can try the bot out at your leisure before you even think about paying.

The small game plan

Anyone who only runs a game server and has no use for levels, giveaways and forms takes 4.99 € per month (or 49 € per year). Included in that:

  • one game module of your choice — server status, wipe countdown, info panel
  • Begrüßung & Verifizierung (greeting & verification) and Reaktionsrollen (reaction roles)
  • everything that is free anyway

A second game is not possible within it. Anyone who needs that takes the full plan and adds every further game for 0.99 €. Upgrading is possible at any time in the dashboard.

What costs extra

Exactly one kind of module: modules for a particular game such as WARDOGS, Rust or Minecraft, for 0.99 € per month per module.

These modules are built for a fraction of servers and permanently query an external game server. If they were included in the price, everyone would be helping to pay for every game that is none of their business. They are therefore not included in any plan — not even in old contracts that once promised "everything".

If you do not need one, ignore this section. Most servers never book one.

Per server, not per person

A contract always belongs to one Discord server. If you run three communities and want everything on all three, you need three contracts. The advantage: you only pay where the bot actually works — and the contract stays in place even if you hand over your own role at some point.

A contract cannot be transferred. If you move to a new server, cancel the old one and book again; write to us in the support Discord if a paid period is forfeited in the process.

The basket

On the pricing page you choose the payment interval and — if you want — a game module. The selection is kept, even if you only sign in afterwards or close the page in between.

In the basket every item is listed separately: the plan, every extra module with its price, the discount for annual payment, and the amount that is really charged. Then the server that is being booked for — and only the Zahlungspflichtig bestellen (order with an obligation to pay) button triggers a payment. Nothing happens before that.

Monthly or yearly

Payment interval What happens
Monthly 8.99 € per month, cancellable at any time to the end of the month.
Yearly 89 € once a year — two months free, cancellable to the end of the year.

You can switch at any time in the customer portal; Stripe credits the remainder of the current period pro rata.

Paying

Payment runs via Stripe, by PayPal or by credit and debit card. We see neither your card number nor your bank details — Stripe only confirms to us that payment was made. You will find invoices at any time in the customer portal, which you open in the dashboard under Abo (subscription).

What the invoice says

One item: "Fishbot — Monatlich" or "Fishbot — Jährlich", with the extra modules below it if you have booked any. The amount is calculated afresh with every purchase instead of setting up a separate price template for every possible combination.

Payment history and receipts

In the dashboard under Abo, every charge is listed with period, date, amount and status — plus the invoice as a PDF on each line. The receipts come directly from Stripe; those are the invoices that count for accounting.

Right at the top it says when the next charge will be made, and how many days away that is.

Cancelling

Dashboard → Abo → Kündigen (cancel). One click, no notice period, no reason given, no conversation with support.

The contract continues until the end of the paid period, after which the free modules remain. Nothing is lost: saved embeds above the free limit are kept, but are locked until you book again or delete some. The settings of all modules stay saved and are back immediately when you return. Messages already posted stay up anyway.

Payment failed

If a charge fails, the server is set to Zahlung ausstehend (payment pending). The features stay active at first; Stripe retries several times and sends you an email. Only when all attempts fail does the server fall back to the free modules.

Old contracts

Anyone who booked Solo, Pro or Ultimate in the past keeps their contract unchanged — same price, same scope, for as long as it runs. These plans are only no longer sold as new. A switch to today's plan is possible at any time in the dashboard and unlocks everything.

The same applies to individually booked modules from the modular days: they carry on running. As soon as you switch to the plan you no longer need them — unless they are game modules, which stay separate.
