Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body (§ 36 VSBG, the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act). That said, we do try to settle complaints directly and quickly — a short email is enough.

We are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. We are not obliged, however, to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored by us, or to investigate circumstances that point to unlawful activity.
