One practical point: we would prefer your declaration of withdrawal in German, because that is the language of the binding text — but a declaration in English is just as effective. Nobody loses a right here because of the language they wrote in. What matters is that the declaration is clear and that it reaches us in time.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (PLATZHALTER — dein voller Name, PLATZHALTER — Straße und Hausnummer, PLATZHALTER PLATZHALTER — Ort, PLATZHALTER — deine E-Mail-Adresse) by means of a clear declaration — by email, for example — that you have decided to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model form below for this, but you are not required to.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is enough that you send your notification about exercising the right of withdrawal before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which notification of your withdrawal reached us. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed; you will not be charged any fees for this repayment under any circumstances.

If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the service provided for in the contract.

Early expiry of the right

In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, provided that we only began performing it after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed that you were aware you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

In plain terms: if you confirm during checkout that we may start straight away, we unlock the modules immediately. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, you get everything back except the pro rata amount for the days the bot was already running.

If you want to withdraw from the contract, you can fill in this form and send it back to us by email. You are not required to use it — and you are welcome to use the German version of the form instead; both are equally valid.
